New camera advice...

Mon Nov 20, 2006, 7:49 AM
Fellow Deviants...
I'm considering purchasing a new camera. My Sony Mavica has been a good camera and was purchased back when 2.1 megapixels digital cost good money. My biggest complaint about it is the view window on the back of camera. Since I do most of my photography outdoors I often have quite a glare in the view window making it difficult to tell if I'm getting a good picture until I view it on the computer. With the world of photography technology that is out there, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me. I will use this camera primarily for my jewelry photography. Printing the pictures is not nearly as important to me as putting them online. And of course price will be a determining factor. Thanks in advance for your suggestions. Have a great day!!! :)
